Pre & Post Natal
Pre and postnatal clients can join all the regular small group classes and the necessary adaptions are made for the three trimesters and the postnatal period to ensure the client is safe whilst still keeping fit and mobile. Classes can also be planned for a group of antenatal or postnatal clients.
1-1’s are also available for the Pilates Reformer, HIIT and Body Conditioning.
Rachel made adaptions to the exercises for each trimester to ensure that it was safe and comfortable for me. The small class sizes helped ensure that the variations could be clearly explained and it was great to be able to exercise throughout my pregnancy. I restarted the classes after my 6 week check and also had a block of sessions on the Pilates Reformer to help me get back in shape by strengthening my core and building up my muscle strength.
