Body Conditioning
Body Conditioning combines several elements: a warm up, aerobic section which increases the heart rate, conditioning section which improves strength, tone and flexibility and finally stretching.
It is choreographed to lively music and suits a range of fitness levels as the aerobic section can be done either high or low impact. A range of equipment such as bands, balls & discs are used during the conditioning section.
Classes are 1 hour on Wednesdays (6:30pm) or 45 minutes on Thursdays (9:15am) & Fridays (9:15am).
Studio 52’s Body Conditioning Class is the perfect length at just 45 mins, so it is easy to fit in around a busy lifestyle. Everyone is so friendly and you don’t need to be a ‘seasoned fitness type’ to feel at ease. Rachel always offers alternative or lower impact exercises for those who have particular weaknesses/injuries so everyone’s needs can be accommodated. Overall, I feel stronger and more toned as a result of attending these classes and working all areas of my body and I have met some lovely people along the way!
